Customer Responsibility
Copper Valley Air Service is located in Glennallen, Alaska. You must provide your air fare to Alaska. Most Copper Valley Air flights depart from Glennallen, AK. Copper Valley Air can arrange for pick-up and air transfers from Anchorage, Valdez, and Fairbanks, Alaska to Glennallen or you can travel to Glennallen by your own means. If your trip is for hunting or fishing you must purchase a valid hunting or fishing license and stamp for the days you will be on your adventure. We will take care of everything else. Once you arrive in Glennallen we will provide transportation to and from your trip.

Bookings and Deposit
We require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Balance is due before departure to your scheduled excursion or if booking within 30 days of any package. If you are unable to fulfill your adventure your deposit may be applied to a later trip or can be transferred to another person. Give us a call and we will assist you in rescheduling or changing your package. On occasion we may be able to fill your vacancy.

Cancellations
Deposits for all trips are 100% refundable if cancellation is because of weather or we will work with you to reschedule. If visibility is poor we may suggest where viewing is best, then you can decide if you want to take the tour or reschedule.

Cancellation Fee
If you cancel more than 48 hours before departure a 10% fee of total cost will be retained. If less than 48 hours a 50% fee of total cost is retained. 100% of deposit will be retained if you do not show for your scheduled excursion.
